A letter from the founder
I started this company because I kept watching good businesses get bad software. Agencies optimized for the pitch; freelancer roulette optimized for the invoice; nobody optimized for the Tuesday two years later when the thing has to still work.
So we built Sydova around the Tuesday. Typed codebases and tested deploys because someone else will maintain this someday. Honest scoping because trust is cheaper to keep than to win back. Vetting so strict our own recruiters complain, because one weak engineer on your team costs more than ten strong ones earn.
Twelve years in, most of our new business arrives as a referral from the old. That's the only growth strategy we've ever had, and I intend to keep it.
