What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, country, and the description of your project or inquiry. We also record the page you submitted from, your referrer, and campaign parameters (UTM tags) so we know how you found us.
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or any special-category data through this website.
How we use it
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and — where you have consented — send occasional relevant updates. Attribution data helps us understand which channels bring visitors who become clients.
We never sell personal data, and we never share it with third parties beyond the processors listed below.
Processors we rely on
Your data may be handled by: our form delivery provider (submission transport), our CRM (inquiry management), our email provider (notifications and replies), and our analytics platform (aggregated, consent-gated usage statistics). Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement.
Cookies & analytics
Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you consent via the cookie banner, in line with Google Consent Mode v2. Essential cookies (such as your in-progress quote draft, held in session storage) never leave your browser.
Retention & your rights
Inquiry records are retained while a business relationship exists or is reasonably prospective, then deleted on a rolling schedule. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@sydova.com — we respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
