01

The challenge

Peakstone's investor relations team assembled quarterly reports by hand — merging spreadsheets, generating PDFs, and emailing them to hundreds of LPs. It took three weeks each quarter and one mistake could reach the wrong inbox.

02

The solution

We built a portal where LPs see their positions, documents, and capital-account statements — permissioned to the entity level — with a reporting engine that turns fund-admin data into branded statements automatically.

03

Architecture & engineering

Strict tenant isolation with row-level security, watermarked document delivery, full audit logging, and SSO for institutional LPs. The design language mirrors Peakstone's print materials — restraint, typography, and hierarchy.

04

The outcome

Quarterly reporting now takes two days, 89% of LPs log in each quarter rather than requesting emails, and the platform passed its SOC 2 audit with zero findings.

Our LPs notice the portal in the best way — it feels like us, and reporting week stopped being a fire drill.
